i will survive through this, freaking painful,neckbreaking experience.well, i'll explain it here,if u wanna know about my condition better.

okay, i told you guys the wrong thing haha.this isn't because of my sleeping postures, or stuffs. okay, there is something pressing on my nerves, which is linked to my brain and the movement of my arms. yeah, and due to long term something, so there is cramp in my muscles behind, yeah.somehow linked to my spinal cord as well-.- ahyah, alot lah, so i went to the sensei, which costs a bomb. mygod,heart pain. it's 50 per session, i need to go until the pain stops.i wonder is he cheating my money! but well, i saw a picture of the sensei with LEE HSIEN LONG. so maybe his good lor? or perhaps, he did some photoshop(!!!!!!!!!!??????)

there is, tui na(massaging),traction(freaking pain) and,ACCUPUNCTURE(highlight) it;s omgly painful!):

anyw, it's not my fault,my dad insists that it;s my fault,because i always put two pillows to sleep,tsk, the sensei corrected him! it is from birth lah. -.- so unlucky.
